Pre-orders and Deposits

Some products offered by Charlie Bee Company, including live bees and other seasonal products, may be sold in advance through a pre-order or deposit.

When placing a pre-order, you may be charged the full purchase price or a partial deposit, depending on the product. If a deposit is collected, the remaining balance and payment schedule will be stated on the individual product listing or at checkout.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by product. Because live bees and other seasonal products are ordered and reserved in advance specifically for our customers, some deposits or pre-orders may become non-refundable after a stated date. Any product-specific cancellation or refund terms will be clearly stated on the product listing and will apply to that purchase.

If Charlie Bee Company is unable to provide a prepaid product or fulfill a reservation, we will offer a refund of the amount paid or another mutually agreed-upon solution.
