Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll get an order confirmation when you purchase and a separate email with tracking once your order ships.
Spring beekeeping season can add a little delay—thanks for your patience.
Domestic Shipping

No free shipping. No flat-rate promos.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination using carrier rates.
Local Pickup (Seguin, TX)
Prefer to pick up? We offer free local pickup by appointment or during store hours (Thurs–Fri) at:

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, email info@charliebee.com with your name and order number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers can’t deliver to P.O. boxes. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused, original-condition items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds exclude return shipping costs.
If anything arrives damaged, email info@charliebee.com with your order number and photos—we’ll make it right.
