Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you get from CharlieBee. Here’s the deal:

  • Beekeeping supplies & merch: If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Clothing & gear: Unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

  • Perishables (like honey): For food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, buzz us right away and we’ll make it right.

  • Workshops & experiences: Cancellations at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in full. Less than 7 days, we can reschedule but not refund.
